Q:  Where can the status of my orders be viewed?

The status of your orders can be viewed by visiting the online merchant that you made the purchase from.

Q:  Who are the participating merchants?

Giveness provides you access to some of the largest online merchants such as Amazon.com, eBay.com, Overstock.com and Buy.com to name just a few.  You can access 100s of online merchants through our GiveStores merchant directory.

Q:  How do fundraisers get credited for the purchases?

Giveness embeds and tracks every referral from Giveness with a unique token specific to your organization.  This allows us to generate activity reports on the commissions generated by your organization.

Q:  What is the cost of this service?

Setting up a fundraiser at Giveness is completely free. During our beta phase, you will recieve 100% of the commissions generated through your supporters shopping activity.
