Richard Waldvogel, Founder and CEO - United States

Richard has over 14 years of experience in designing and Internet services for consumers. In his role as CEO, Richard oversees all aspects of the business initiatives, product vision and software architecture for the company. Prior to founding Giveness, Richard was a senior level architect for a diverse collection of start up companies.
During this time he developed projects for such companies as LexisNexis, GE, Internet Broadcasting, Regonline.com and Exclusive Resorts. Since the tragic loss of a close friend to breast cancer in 2003, Richard has been dedicating his professional skills to discover and create technologies that can be utilized to benefit society.
Dan Werling, Founder / Brand Director - United States

After graduating from the Art Institute of Colorado with top honors, Dan had the opportunity to work for 2 well established enterprise software companies, J.D. Edwards and PeopleSoft, where he assisted in graphical user interface (GUI) development and direct marketing initiatives.
Prior to founding Giveness with Richard, Dan designed and managed the online user experience for eBags, the world's largest online retailer of bags and accessories. Becoming obsessed with making a social impact, Dan discovered that he could offer his professional skills while making a philanthropic difference. Today, Dan defines the interactive experience for Giveness.
David Liao, Director - Taiwan
Through his business career for more than 30 years, David has been an owner of the stationery manufacturer which has business relationships with more than 50 countries in the world.
On the one hand, he has been active business owner, he also devoted his life for philanthropic activities such as helping orphan children and helping minorities of society economically.
As a board member of Giveness, he gives all members words with his experience and wisdom. He takes a role of international operation of Giveness project.
Shin Nishio, Director - Japan

Shin has spent all his career for international aspects of distribution business specially for consumer products. During such experiences, he took management roles of R&D, planning, business negotiating, promoting and production control. Since he joined this Giveness project from Jan of 2006, he has been internationally promoting Giveness to more supporters and
potential partners.
Kazuto Kimura , Director - Hong Kong

Kazuto began his import-export career within Pan-Asia over 15 years ago. In recent years he has built up his own company with offices in Japan and Hong Kong, production lines in China, and sales subsidiaries and agents throughout the Pan-Asia region. Kazuto will bring his extensive experience in business management and cross-boundaries communication technique to Giveness.
Kevin Byrne, Director - United States

Kevin works as an attorney in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Kevin has litigated, arbitrated, and mediated cases in various state and federal courts throughout Florida. His diverse background and experience compliments his broad practice and allows him to counsel and assist clients in many areas of the law.
Rick Leach, Director - United States

Rick has spent most of his career working in early and growth stage business. He has worn many hats during his career – from advertising executive to product management lead to chief executive officer. Rick has developed and managed a number of consumer-oriented national programs and has been developing internet services since 1997. As an active Board member, Rick will be guiding the company’s business and product planning. He will also be leading the company’s U.S. corporate development activities.
