Hey--no blogs lately?! Where have you been?

I love grilling--I have the best teriyaki merinade recipe. 1 part vinegar 2 parts soy sauce 1 t minced ginger 1 clove minced garlic 2 T Dijon Mustard (really, trust me) mix together. marinate chicken, pork or beef for 1 hour, drain and grill. Sorry I didn't see the comment till now. You'll have to have another BBQ to try it out. :)

This is my recepie for steak. I know this is coming to you 2 days late but you'll have it in your back pocket for next time.

1. Lightly coat your steak with olive oil
2. Mash Montreal Steak Seasoning all over your steak
3. Crush whole black peppercorns and sprinkle them on
4. Grill untill its pink in the middle

Anyone got any good grilling recipes? I'm grilling some chicken breasts and steaks for mother's day and I'm looking for some ideas more exciting than just "throw it on the fire"
